I am sick and tired of being sick and tired, it is really beggining to give me the shits. I would like to be well before I have to disappear on tour for months on end, or I will be a VERY grumpy little production manager!
Well, for all of the concerned citizens of the universe that don’t have one of these – you can ~finally~ make one for about $US35… Instructions are here stopabductions.com
My parents are today having a garage sale, and i have been roped into helping. Its cold, i am hungry and … never mind.
It is my parents after all.![]()
What ever happened to service? Why is it that people only want to do as little as they can get away with, and never more?
One thing that really shits me is having my time wasted.
For the third time now I have called optus billing to advise them that I don’t actually have a rental handset and as such I shouldn’t have to pay rent on it. This upsets me – but what upsets me more is the phone system answers and asks for your full national number so that your call can be directed to the appropriate department.
Then, when your call is answered – they ask you for it again. Why bother? Why not use the data that the phone system has already trapped? Surely it isn’t that hard to attach it to the VOIP stream with the other customer data to their call centre in India. If Optus Mobile can do it – why not share the information – they are after all the same company.
Anyway – To get the charges reversed I have to send a Stat Dec to Mandeeb & Alexis in the call center – their fax number is 1300 301 317 (if you ever want to fax them too)
Hopefully that will work this time.
Yes, I am that fool. I don’t know why it is – but I like new stuff, so much so that I will generally have to buy it, paying very little attention to cost or need.
The reason for this rant however is Foxtel. Why on earth do I have it? Why on earth am I paying just under $AU100 per month for that priviledge? There really is very little on that I really want to watch – if I were so inclined I could probably download most of the shows that I do watch on there anyway.
I love their take on “Movies on Demand” … I have no idea where they get the phrase from – but it does definantly not describe the foxtel movie service. Yes, some really popular movies are repeated every 30 minutes, most however are not. And I am such a fan of the selection on offer – there is nothing this month at all that tickles my fancy. Surely that should at least have one movie for me?
I think as time wares away at me – I am becoming more aware of how foolish I am with my money, I wonder when I will actually be able to do something about it?
