These guys have got to be the worst providers on the Australian market at the moment. I know that is a big call, but I am choosing to ignore all the smaller crap ones. For a “BIG” ISP (as they claim) I have logged no less then 11 support calls with them ~EVERY ONE~ they have said somebody will call me back. NOT ONE has somebody called me back (yet).
My internet is currently running at one quarter speed, and I am paying $330 a month for a business plan. They are moving so slow on getting this fixed.
I think I am going to have to raise another TIO complaint about HotKey.
