Well, it was pay review time for the company I work for, I suppose it is a tough thing to do for most McManagers – to value their staff. And it is a tough thing for staff, to be valued in such a manor.
I have to say – I was very disappointed with my review. In addition to what I see as an insulting increase, I did not get the bonus I was promised, and I found out I should have been getting paid an on-call allowance – which they will not retrospectivly pay.
Anyway – have to say, more and more I am thinking the company I am with is not the place to be, of the people that I know moderatly to very well there – most are looking for other work aggresivly.
I hope things get better…
