Qantas Customer Care is pretty much non-existent. If they mess you around they really don’t ever feel like that have to do anything to fix things up for you.
From many past experiences, the only way to even illicit a response from them is by sending a letter to the address bellow. Email and phone calls are just useless. The will give you lip service until you run out of credit or your fingers get sore and never actually take any action.
Sadly, Qantas have some of the worst customer service attitudes that I have ever come across, but – when they really don’t have any competition – why should they spend the extra money to make sure their customers are happy. I mean, where are you going to go?
