You don’t know Jack!

Perhaps you do, but if you don’t – you are sure to get to know him soon.
Jack Chambers will be appearing as a contestant on the first season of Channel 10‘s So You Think You Can Dance Australia.
I know Jack through Raw Dance Company. He is an amazingly talented performer, with amazing skills covering dance, singing, choreography, acting and more. I wish Jack the best on SYTYCDA. Keep an eye out for him…

iPhone SDK

The Apple iPhone SDK (or iSDK) which is to be released shortly has supposedly had the key used to secure the applications authorised by apple for distribution published. The key was initially published on austinheap.com and then later on other sites.
This all comes on the back of the release of the 1.1.3 firmware, which seems to undo most of the good work by all the iPhone unlockers.
As an iPhone user, I have to express my confusion over why Apple is persisting with the feeble attempts at securing the device. It is a fantastic and very extensible phone. It doesn’t suffer from the “slow downs” other mobile devices seem to have issue with. And for me it just works so well.
There now appears to be a working way to hack the newer Euro firmware / bootloader – but still requires a virtual SIM. This to me indicates a software only work around will be soon.
I find the best source of iPhone hacking / moding information is at modmyifone.com

Where’s Troy the next few weeks.

We are about to embark on phase one of Raw Dance Company‘s Get Up and Go touring program. At the moment the touring schedule is almost complete and will involve about 7,100km of driving. That’s like sailing from Brisbane to Tokyo, and almost half a cars average yearly usage in just 3 weeks.
